CANAPES
Shortcrust pastry cone filled with roasted vegetables, artichoke creme & tapenade
Tempura popper prawn, caramelised pineapple, peppardew and chilli oil
Mini vichyssoise soup tumbler, smoked paprika & croque monsieur crouton
Raspberry duck served on wonton plates and cucumber strips topped with chive & coriander salad in black pepper & lime vinaigrette
BOWL FOOD
Seared fillet stacked on yorkshire pud base, chargrilled parsnip, sweet potato & butternut (layered with horseradish crème & dijon)
Chicken masala, Cucumber & mint raita mousse, deep fried banana chips
Inside out sushi rolls – sushi rice balls stacked with salmon tartare & deep fried nori
Caesar bites – white anchovy cream, thin garlic breadsticks, hard boiled egg, chives, deep fried capers wrapped in romaine lettuce rolls
Roving asian station- egg noodles in mini boxes tossed with chargrilled asian vegetables
Served with accompanients for guests to choose from – roasted peanuts, chives, chilli oil, shrimp, sweet chilli, coriander
